Fpoker Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Service

Fpoker (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the service") is an online betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh and other designated regions. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the fpoker website, mobile app, and any associated services.

By creating an account or using fpoker's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of fpoker's services.

These Terms & Conditions were last updated on January 1, 2026. Continued use of the platform following any updates will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

Age Requirement & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use fpoker. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. fpoker may request age verification documents at any time if there is reasonable suspicion. If a user is found to be underage, their account will be immediately closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

One Account Per Person

Each individual may only operate one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts will be closed and any balance held may be forfeited. Opening more than one account using the same device, IP address, payment method, or residential address will be considered a duplicate account.

Providing Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information at the time of registration. fpoker reserves the right to close accounts where false or incorrect information is provided. Any changes to your details must be updated in your profile immediately.

Please read the rules for each market carefully before placing a bet on fpoker. General betting rules are outlined below.

Bet Acceptance

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed. However, you may close a bet under certain conditions using the Cash Out feature. Bets placed after a match has started will only count in live markets.

If a match is cancelled or postponed

If an event is fully cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded. If a match is postponed and does not resume within the specified timeframe (typically 12 hours), the bet will be considered void.

Maximum Win Limit

Fpoker sets a maximum win limit per single bet. This limit varies by sport and market. Maximum winnings on accumulator bets may also be capped.

Fpoker supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used
• Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 minutes

Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawal
• Withdrawals will be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been met
• Standard processing time: 15 minutes to 24 hours
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the deposit

Fpoker offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers — including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and more. Each offer comes with its own terms and conditions.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has specific wagering requirements — typically between 5x and 30x the bonus amount
• While a bonus is active, all bets must be placed at odds of 1.5 or higher
• Bonus validity is typically 7 to 30 days from activation
• Only one bonus can be active at a time — no stacking allowed (with limited exceptions)
• Failure to meet bonus terms will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fpoker. Any violation of these rules will result in permanent account closure and, where applicable, legal action.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Sharing Account Credentials with Others
• Use of Bots, Scripts, or Automated Software
• Exploiting odds errors or system bugs
• Money Laundering or Illegal Financial Transactions
• Match-fixing or event manipulation
• Harassment or Fraud Against Other Users
• Use of Third-Party Payment Methods
• Accessing via VPN or Proxy from Restricted Regions

Fpoker reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the circumstances listed below. Such action may be taken without prior notice.

• Violation of Terms & Conditions
• KYC verification failure or submission of false information
• Suspicious transactions or betting patterns
• At the user's own request
• As part of our Responsible Gaming policy

Upon account closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded, provided no rule violations have been established.

Fpoker strives to deliver the highest standard of reliable service. However, fpoker will not be held liable in the following circumstances.

• Bet Issues Due to Internet Disconnection
• Third-Party Technical Failures (including payment gateways)
• Unexpected Technical Errors or Server Issues
• Restricting services due to legal obligations
• Account Security Compromised Due to User Negligence

Fpoker firmly believes that betting is a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income. We are committed to the well-being and financial safety of every user.

Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits
• Session Limit: Set a limit on how long you play in a single session
• Cooldown Period: Take a break ranging from 24 hours to 30 days
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily close your account for a set period

3. Escalated to Management Level If Required
4. All final decisions are at fpoker's sole discretion

In the event of a dispute, the Bangla version of these Terms & Conditions shall be considered the authoritative text. Any legal disputes will be governed by the laws of the platform's licensing authority.
